The space
This is a newly renovated (August 2023) apartment part of a luxury townhouse in the heart of Old Town Marbella. A beautiful apartment with a boutique hotel feel.
The exterior has been sympathetically restored in keeping with “Old Town” character, whilst the interior has been finished to the highest standard with the whole apartment having a light bright & luxurious Andalusian style feel.
This ground floor apartment can be booked in combination with the upper apartment (there is a connecting door). On the first and second floor you will find a two bedroom apartment with bathrooms en-suite. The cozy living room with chimney, open plan (fully equipped) kitchen and terrace is on the second floor.

You will need to pay a refundable damage deposit of € 400 together with your final payment. Within one week after departure we will send you the money back when there are no serious damages

Apartment 1b is a self-contained one-bedroom apartment with a private entrance. It features a spacious living room with comfortable seating and dining area, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The bedroom includes a double bed and storage space, making this apartment ideal for couples or solo travelers.
Guests staying in 1b can enjoy the privacy of their own apartment while still being part of the vibrant Old Town setting. The unit can also be booked together with the upper apartment of Casa Aduar 22 via an internal connecting door, creating one large townhouse for bigger groups.

Staying in Apartment 1b means being just steps away from the best Marbella has to offer. The beach and promenade are less than a 10-minute walk, and the famous Plaza de los Naranjos is only a few minutes away. Around every corner you’ll find traditional tapas bars, boutique shops, and charming squares.
For those wanting to explore more, Puerto Banús with its luxury marina and nightlife is a 10-minute drive, while Málaga Airport can be reached in about 40 minutes.
