Welcome to Casa Aduar 22, a newly renovated (August 2023) luxury townhouse in the heart of Marbella Old Town. This beautiful property combines the charm of a boutique hotel with the comfort of a private home. The exterior has been carefully restored in line with the Casco Antiguo character, while the interior has been finished to the highest standard, with bright spaces, elegant details, and a luxurious Andalusian style throughout.
The Space
Casa Aduar 22 is spread across three levels and divided into two connected apartments. On the ground floor you’ll find a self-contained one-bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room. This unit can be booked separately or in combination with the upper floors through an internal connecting door.
The first and second floors host a spacious two-bedroom apartment, each bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. The cozy living room with fireplace, open-plan kitchen and private terrace is located on the second floor, offering the perfect spot for relaxed gatherings. All three bedrooms feature tastefully designed walk-in shower rooms, luxury king-size beds, and charming Juliette balconies.
The rooftop terrace is a highlight, providing all-day sun and a beautiful place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks while watching the sun set over Marbella’s rooftops.

A refundable security deposit of €400 is required with your final payment. This will be returned within a couple of days after departure when no serious damages have occurred.
